At Picadera you will find high-quality cavessons and cavessons in various styles, such as Baroque, Spanish or Portuguese. Handmade from Spanish vegetable tanned cowhide, these bridles not only look good. They also have a high durability and feel very good in the hand. If you do not have any experience with cross bridles, we will be happy to advise you.
The cavessons at Picadera are available in natural, brown or black. We also offer a wide range of different shapes and colours for the buckles and fittings. Whether black burnished, silver or gold coloured - you are guaranteed to find the right cavesson to match your outfit.
Our models with fixed nose iron provide a secure fit when lunging or the groundwork. The model cavesson Serreta is the lightweight among the bridles with fixed nose iron. In the style of the Spanish Serreta (but of course without "teeth") the side rings are provided with long pilars. This gives them a slight leverage and allows a finer, less spongy aids.
