Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 4.70 euros per order for delivery within Germany. For orders worth 150 euros or more, shipping costs within Germany are waived. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart and on the order page.
The flat rate shipping fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the flat rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only reduced to your advantage.
Our shipping service provider is DHL
The national and international parcel service provider for purchases on Picadera.de is DHL Germany. With over 300,000 employees around the world, DHL enables us to offer our customers a well-functioning shipping and returns process.

After receiving the shipping confirmation, you have the following change options via the DHL customer portal:
- Change delivery day
- Choose a storage location (e.g. in the garden)
- Deliver to a neighbor
In addition, you can be informed about the status of your package by email free of charge.

For deliveries to countries outside Germany, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These may include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Delivery to Switzerland
We cannot process orders with a Swiss billing and delivery address.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all information at MyShopping.chMeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, customs cleared and inexpensively.
Shipping costs for digital content and vouchers
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.). The same applies to vouchers that are sent via email as a PDF or as an alphanumeric code.
Delivery times
The delivery time within Germany for items in stock is on average 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders that are ordered and paid for by 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day, provided they are items in stock. The following table provides additional information on delivery times for shipping to other countries. You must add this to the delivery time stated for the respective item:

Packing stations
You can also have your package delivered to a post office or packing station.
To do this, you simply need to enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address in the checkout process. You can then enter your postal number and the number, postcode and location of the desired post office or packing station in the address field of the delivery address.
