Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 4.70 euros per order for delivery within Germany. For an order value of 150 Euro or more, the shipping costs within Germany are waived. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart and on the order page.
The flat rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. As the VAT on the flat rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher in the process, but only lower in your favour.
Shipping service provider
The national and international parcel service provider for purchases on Picadera.de is DHL Germany. With over 300,000 employees around the world, DHL enables us to offer our customers a well-functioning shipping and returns service.

After receiving the shipping confirmation, you have the following change options via the DHL customer portal:
- Change delivery day
- Choose a storage location (e.g. in the garden)
- Deliver to a neighbour
In addition, you can be informed about the status of your parcel by e-mail free of charge.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside Germany, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These may include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Delivery to Switzerland
Orders with Swiss billing and delivery addresses cannot be processed by us.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf .ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a low price.
Shipping costs for digital content and vouchers
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.). The same applies to vouchers sent via e-mail as a PDF or as an alphanumeric numeric code.
The delivery time within Germany for items in stock is on average 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders that are ordered and paid for by 12 noon are usually shipped on the same day, provided that the items are in stock. In the following table you will find additional information on delivery times for shipping to other countries. You must add these to the delivery time indicated for the respective item:

You are also welcome to have your parcel delivered to a post office branch or Packstation.
To do this, simply enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address in the checkout process. In the address field of the delivery address, you can then enter your postal number and the number, postcode and location of the desired post office or Packstation.
