Shipping & Delivery
PICADERA delivers to a large number of countries within the European Union. You can find an overview of all countries and the respective delivery costs here.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This contains a tracking link that you can use to track the delivery status of your order online. Alternatively, you can request the tracking number from the DHL shipment tracking input.
You can adjust your billing and delivery address under “Addresses” in your customer account.
If your address has changed, please update it before completing your order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after an order has been completed.
However, as long as your order has not yet been packaged, you can cancel it and complete your order again after adjusting your address.
You can also have your package delivered to a post office or packing station.
To do this, you simply have to enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address in the checkout process. In the address field of the delivery address, you can then enter your post number and number, postcode and location of the desired post office or packing station.

The free return with PayPal is not a service provided by Picadera, but is subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal. We ask you to contact PayPal directly in this regard.

We do not currently offer free returns. Please enclose a completed cancellation form with your prepaid return shipment or fill out the cancellation form on this page.
We currently do not offer free returns. Therefore, the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Yes, the delivery charges - i.e. the shipping costs incurred for sending the goods to you - will be refunded if you return your entire order.
Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to refund the amount. If you paid via PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid via credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid via SEPA direct debit, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
If an ordered item does not quite fit, you can return your order by exercising your legal right of withdrawal. In the case of an exchange (wrong size, color, etc.), the desired item must be reordered. A direct exchange for a replacement item is unfortunately not possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped by us, you can also easily order it in your Customer account under “Orders”. This saves you unnecessary costs (e.g. for shipping or returns).

Unfortunately, subsequent changes to the order, e.g. a change of the delivery address, are not possible for completed orders.

Customer account
Registering a customer account is done easily on this pageAlternatively, you can set up a customer account during the ordering process.
Of course, it is also possible to order as a “guest”.
Have you forgotten your password or is something not working properly when logging in? Use the "Reset password" function in the login area to reset your password. You will receive an automatic email within a few minutes that you can use to set a new password.
If you still have problems, write us a message and we will endeavor to help you as quickly as possible.
Please note: We will never ask you for your password! If someone does, it is probably not someone from PICADERA.
This entire Picadera.de page is encrypted using the SSL procedure. In addition, no financial data (e.g. credit card numbers) is stored on our servers, but only with our payment partners - in this case PayPal.

Gift Vouchers
We are happy to offer you the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers for use on Picadera.de. Our Picadera Gift Vouchers can be found here. If you need a specific voucher amount and it is not currently available, you can write us a message.
If you would like to redeem a Picadera gift voucher, you can enter the voucher code in the "Voucher" field either in the shopping cart or at the end of the checkout process. As soon as you click on "Redeem", the voucher amount will be included in the total in the shopping cart.
If the balance on your gift card is not sufficient to cover the total amount of your order (including applicable shipping costs), the payment can be split between the gift card and another available payment method. If there is sufficient balance on your gift card, the payment cannot be split further.
You can undo your entry before completing your order by clicking on the “X”.
If you have forgotten to enter your voucher code during the order process, you must cancel the order and simply reorder.
Of course, you can also use multiple gift vouchers to pay for an order. You have the option of entering your voucher codes either in the shopping cart or at the end of the checkout process.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, a gift voucher cannot be refunded. However, any remaining balance - after using your gift voucher - can be used for future purchases.
If the voucher was used as part of a split payment (part voucher, part credit card, or PayPal), in the event of a return, the balance of the electronic gift voucher will be refunded first. Then the remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method you used for the original transaction.
