Baroque Cavecon in Portuguese style
The Cavesson or Caveçon is a cavesson in the French style, which gets its certain Portuguese-baroque touch from the curved Cortesia buckles. The flexible link chain in the nose part allows it to be shaped to any horse's nose, as well as more precise influence compared to heavy models with a wide nose iron. This makes the Cavesson ideal for ground work and bitless work in hand, for example. The noseband prevents the cheek strap from slipping near the eyes. The outer rings are firm and allow reins or long reins to be buckled in. For lunging, the lunge line can be buckled in the middle, pivoting ring.
Handmade in Spain. Made from dark brown, oiled quality leather with gold-coloured Cortesia buckles and black burnished rings.

Care instructions for burnished iron
Rust will form over time on traditional, burnished products or product components. This is due to natural oxidation processes and is not a quality defect, but rather an essential characteristic of this material. To maintain the dark color, it is recommended to occasionally rub the affected parts with a cloth soaked in olive oil.
