Baucher bit Stübben STEELtec FINE LINE in detail

- Slightly outward curved upper trees
- Top boom length 6.5 cm
- Without leverage

Effect of the Baucher ported mouthpiece
The buckling on the snaffle is done via the short upper trees. In combination with the unbroken ported mouthpiece the Baucher bit lies thereby very calmly and stably in the mouth. The particularly thin FINE LINE barmouthpiece is suitable for all horses with little space in the mouth and / or short mouth gap.
The Baucher bit has no leverage due to the lack of a lower beam and is used without curb chain . The Baucher ported mouthpiece moves more towards the corner of the mouth when the reins are pulled and has an effect there. This provides a straightening effect for many horses.
The right size for the Baucher bit
Under "Size guide" (see above) you will find the real dimensions of the Fine Line mouthpiece. If you are unsure, we recommend that you compare the real dimensions of your existing bit with those of the Baucher bit to find the correct size. Please note that the side pieces should fit close to the corners of your horse's mouth.

Top product. Tried so many bits through. It was always a struggle and I almost gave up on my Spaniard. My horse walked this weekend more content and relaxed than I have ever felt. No attempts to lift the tongue over the bit , no going against the hand.... Madness. I really didn't expect that. If I hadn't been sitting on it, I wouldn't have believed it. I hope it continues like this and that this is not just a snapshot because new and unfamiliar bit. I can only recommend it so far, especially for horses that are totally sensitive in the mouth and have problems with normal bits.
Our Haflinger mare had problems with single and double broken bits and then always pushed her tongue over the bit . Only with a soft ported mouthpiece it got better, but not good. We then tried it with a soft ported mouthpiece with tongue arch and the tongue stayed under the bit. However, the soft ported mouthpiece was quite thick. Since our mare has a narrow mouth and a fleshy tongue, Johanna Probst/proross.de recommended us the Baucher bit Fine Line ported mouthpiece .
After initial hesitation our mare accepts that bit already after three days gladly. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend it.
A Sprenger bit of good quality, as in the description.
My Spanish mare is very satisfied.
Very well made, finally also for small mouths ...
