At Picadera you will find high-quality snaffles of various styles. Discover traditional Spanish brid les in the Vaquero style, baroque brid les such as the Corelli bridle with Cortesia buckles, through to bridles with square buckles in the Portuguese style as used in the Working Equitation are used. Handmade from Spanish vegetable tanned cowhide, these bridles combine durability with an exceptional look. If you have any questions about the fit, we will be happy to advise you.
Our snaffles are available in up to 4 different leather colours. The buckles of the Spanish Vaquero bridles are traditionally burnished. The Cortesia buckles in Portuguese style are made of brass in both silver and gold.
As is usual for Spanish and Portuguese bridles, the noseband is integrated in all our models. This means that there is no separate noseband, but the noseband is simply passed through the loop of the bit straps. This makes the bit lie even smoother and gives the bridle a minimalist look. You won't find flash on our traditional snaffles.
