PICADERA delivers to a large number of countries within the European Union. An overview with all countries and the respective delivery costs can be found here. here.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This will contain a tracking link that you can use to track the delivery status of your order online. Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number at the DHL shipment tracking enter the tracking number.
You can change your billing and delivery address under "Addresses" in your customer account.
If your address has changed, please adjust it before you complete your order. A subsequent change of the delivery address is unfortunately not possible for completed orders.
However, as long as your order is not yet packed, you can cancel it and place your order again after adjusting your address.
You can also have your parcel delivered to a post office or Packstation.
To do this, simply enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address in the checkout process. In the address field of the delivery address, you can then enter your post office number and number, postcode and location of the desired post office or Packstation.

In order to make it especially easy for you to return your order, we have set up a Form which you can simply fill out. Alternatively, you can enclose a completed cancellation form with your return.
We will refund the refund amount within 14 days of receiving your return.
The free return with PayPal is not a service of Picadera, but is subject to the conditions and the offer of the company PayPal. We ask you to contact PayPal directly in this regard.

Yes, the delivery charges - i.e. the shipping costs incurred for sending the goods to you - will be refunded if you return your entire order.
When we receive your return, we will refund you within 14 days. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. If you paid via PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid via credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid via SEPA direct debit, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
If an ordered item does not quite fit, you can return your order by exercising your legal right of withdrawal. In the case of an exchange (wrong size, colour, etc.), the desired item must be ordered again. Unfortunately, a direct exchange for a replacement item is not possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched by us, you can also cancel it quite conveniently in your Customer account under "Orders". This saves you unnecessary costs (e.g. for shipping or return shipping).
You will find your current and previous orders in your Customer account. If you do not have an account or have previously ordered from PICADERA as a "guest", you can send us an email and we will send you an overview of your previous orders.

You have forgotten your password or something is no longer working properly when logging in? Use the "Reset password" function in the login area and reset your password. You will receive an automatic e-mail within a few minutes, which you can use to set a new password.

Items on PICADERA can only be rated by verified buyers. This ensures that every review is based on real, practical experience. To be able to rate an item, we therefore ask you to log in with your customer account.
We would of course be very sorry if you decided to delete your PICADERA account. Please send a short message to the customer support. We will then delete your account within 48 hours.
Please note that a deletion is irrevocable and cannot be reversed.
We are happy to offer you the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers for use on Picadera.de. You can find our Picadera gift vouchers here. If you need a special voucher amount and this is not currently available, you are welcome to send us a message.
If you would like to redeem a Picadera gift voucher, you can enter the voucher code in the "Voucher" field either in the shopping basket or at the end of the checkout process. As soon as you click on "Redeem", the voucher amount will be added to the total amount in the shopping basket.
If your Gift Voucher balance is insufficient to cover the total amount of your order (including applicable shipping charges), payment may be split between the Gift Voucher and another available payment method. If there are sufficient funds on your Gift Voucher, the payment cannot be split further.
You can cancel the entry before completing the order by clicking on the "X".
If you forget to enter your voucher code during the order process, you must cancel the order and simply place a new order.
Of course, you can also use more than one gift voucher to pay for an order. You can enter your voucher codes either in the shopping basket or at the end of the checkout process.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. A refund of a gift voucher is also unfortunately not possible. However, any remaining credit - after using your gift voucher - can be used on subsequent purchases.
If the voucher was used as part of a split payment (part voucher, part credit card, SEPA or PayPal), the balance of the electronic gift voucher will be refunded first in the event of a return. Then the remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method you used in the original transaction.
