The history of PLT Calzados began in 1929, when the production of shoes was still completely manual and distribution did not extend beyond the surrounding villages. Since 2002, the third generation has taken over the business in Valverde del Camino in the province of Huelva and has continued to modernize it without forgetting the traditional craftsmanship. Manual production steps, which have existed unchanged since 1929, are combined with computer-aided processes - for products that are both individual and of consistently high quality.

PLT Calzados produces shoes, boots and ankle boots for a wide variety of areas, such as equestrian sports, hunting and motorcycling. Marketed under the Lazzo boots brand, the products are known for their double welted soles, which make the footwear particularly durable.
