In 2024, numerous tournaments will once again be held in the increasingly popular equestrian discipline Working Equitation . The Working Equitation has developed from the old original working riding styles of southern Europe and has set itself the goal of preserving them. Anyone looking for a change from the usual English riding will be thrilled by Working Equitation .

Working Equitation Tournaments 2024 in Germany
The Working Equitation offers competitions for rider:horse pairs in different classes. Each competition consists of up to four sub-disciplines. These include the dressage test, the style or dressage trail, the speed trail and the cattle work. The master class is traditionally ridden single-handed.

5th Working Equitation Münsterland Cup Dülmen
The 5th Working Equitation Münsterland Cup will take place in Dülmen in 2024. Participants can compete here in the classes WE to WS without cattle work, as well as in lead rein and youth tests. Together with the tournaments in May in Leverkusen and in August in Bad Honnef and Wesel, the Münsterland Cup forms the 2nd Mittelerde Worker Cup.

WBO Working Equitation Tournament Regional Group Freiburg / Neuchâtel
The WED regional group Freiburg/Südbaden is organizing its second Working Equitation tournament at Hofgut Caballus. You can compete in the WE and WA classes.

Rhineland-Palatinate Mini Trophy / Hochdorf
This year, the Rhineland-Palatinate Mini Trophy is being organized by the Hochdorf Riding Club and the Palatinate regional group of the umbrella association Working Equitation Deutschland e.V. at the Pfalzblick stud. Riders and horses can show off their skills in the classes WA to WL. The WL class also includes a cattle test.

1st Working Equitation Cup Nordheim
The riding and driving club Nordheim - Wattenheim e.V. invites you to the 1st Working Equitation Cup Nordheim with competitions in the classes WE to WM. There will also be the premiere of a trail-and-hand competition (guided trail without rider), as well as the first Rhein-Main-Gurbe-Trophy in cooperation with the Lorsch e.V. riding club.

5th Worker Weekend Offenthal - Gaited Working Equitation Tournament / Dreieich
The Pferdefreunde Offenthal are once again offering a Working Equitation show at their 5th Worker Weekend, which is open to all breeds, but where gaited workers will also get their money's worth. Saturday will be dedicated to gaited horses, while on Sunday there will be competitions for three-gaited horses in the classes WE to WL. Judging will take place according to the rules of the WED e.V. and the IGV e.V. - Workers and Gaited Workers will each compete according to their own rules.

Horse International Munich
The Working Equitation is an integral part of the Pferd International show program and a magnet for spectators. In 2024, numerous renowned tournaments will once again take place at Working Equitation in Munich. Visitors can also marvel at numerous tournaments in other disciplines and visit the extensive exhibition grounds.

Claashof Challenge 2024 / Leverkusen
At the Claashof of the Anja Oetting Riding School, competitions in classes WE to WS* with cattle work are offered on three tournament days. A special feature here is that all trails are ridden on the cross-country arena. The Claashof Challenge is part of the 2nd Middle-earth Worker Cup.

4th Working Equitation Cup Lorsch
The Lorsch Riding Club is offering its fourth Working Equitation tournament this year. Competitors can take part in classes ranging from lead rein class to WS*. The tournament is part of the Rhine-Main-Gurbe-Trophy.

Working Equitation Tournament with district championship Hagerhof / Bad Honnef
The WED e.V. Regionalgruppe Siebengebirge is offering a Working Equitation show in the classes WE to WS without cattle at the Hagerhof of the RFV Bad Honnef, estmalig with the district championship Working Equitation of the Kreispferdesportverband Bonn/Rhein-Sieg. The tournament is part of the 2nd Mittelerde Worker Cup.

Camargue Tournament Wesel
The Camargue Tournament of Camarguepferde Deutschland e.V. in Wesel offers a variety of dressage, trail, cross-country trail and cattle tests in classes E to S. Judging is carried out according to the rules of the FFE for traditional working equitation. The Camargue tournament takes place at the RSV St. Hubertus Wesel Obrighoven facility and is the final of the 2nd Mittel Worker Cup.

In September, the second Rhineland-Palatinate Trophy of Working Equitation, organized by the Hochdorf Riding Club and the WED e.V. Regional Group Palatinate, will take place at the equestrian facility of the Neuhofen Driving and Riding Club. Riders can show off their skills here at Working Equitation in competitions from class WE to class WS.
